  • The construction program is moving at a fast pace.
  • The design and construction requirements are constantly changing, requiring us to be adaptable to meet their expectations.

 

How we overcame the challenges:

  • Ensure a healthy cash flow throughout the project by leveraging a strong workforce and a 60-day payment term to secure adequate financing for the duration of the project.

 

Outcomes for our client:

The project was finished within the set timeline and budget. The client expressed full satisfaction with our work, giving us a 100% approval rating.
